Another selling point of the Apollo Bold is its use of Qualcomm’s QCC5124 audio chip that obviously supports the chipmaker’s aptX audio technology. Additionally, the hybrid ANC technology is also derived from Qualcomm’s own ANC technology. Other specifications include a 10mm driver in each earbud with an impedance of 32Ω (give or take 15%) and a frequency range between 20Hz and 20000Hz. In terms of battery life, Tronsmart boasts that the Apollo Bold is capable of continuous playback of up to seven hours with ANC turned on, while turning of the noise cancellation altogether extends that time to 10 hours. Also, the accompanying charging case carries another 30 hours worth of battery life, which translates to approximately three additional charges.
