However, the way we learned about this was rather unusual though as we were first made aware of the revision through a response by unifi’s customer service on Twitter:
We reached out to unifi’s team regarding the offer who has stated that the response was not accurate. Instead, the team clarified that the unlimited promo is being made available to customers until further notice. With that, we then subsequently noticed that the original unlimited promo for unifi Basic (shown below) that was posted on unifi Community site has now been removed. The team somehow didn’t provide any explanations behind the removal of the original promo as well as the newly revised duration which has now become open-ended.
In general, we are actually quite baffled at what is going on at the moment. Nevertheless, we supposed that unifi Basic customers shouldn’t worry much about their quota for the time being. (Thanks for the tips, anon!)
