In an earnings call, CEO Dr Dave Mosley said that the company intends to launch the 18TB drive in early 2020 first. The 20TB drive will come later, but still within 2020. Earlier in September, the company also posted a new roadmap indicating that it aims to release drives of 50TB or more by 2026.

The roadmap also indicates that future, large-capacity drives will be making use of what’s known as Heat-Assisted magnetic Recording (HAMR). This tech allows disks to store data in smaller parts, allowing them to be more densely packed. These large capacity drives will certainly be useful for people who run their own NAS.
