The first half of the offer includes Rocksteady’s Batman Arkham Collection: Arkham Asylum, Arkham City and Arkham Knight. On that note, you’ll notice that Batman: Arkham Origins is not part of this list. This is quite possibly due to the game being developed by Warners Bros. Monreal, and not Rocksteady Studios. As for the other three Batman titles, EGS is giving away Traveller’s Tales’ LEGO Batman Trilogy series, which includes LEGO Batman, LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes, and LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham. In case you weren’t keeping up with the LEGO series, the games revolve within Batman’s adventure action gameplay with puzzle mini-games in LEGO’s aesthetics.
In addition to the offer, EGS launched a Fortnite and Batman crossover event, starting on 21 September. The date is significant, as it is the official date for Batman Day, as well as 80th anniversary of the Dark Knight. For a period of one week, Fortnite players can complete Batman-themed challenges, including lighting up Bat Signals scattered across the island. As a reminder, the six Batman games are only free on Epic Games Store until 26 September. In short, you still have three more days to add them to your games list, so we do advise you to hurry up if you’re interested. (Source: Eurogamer, IGN SEA // Images: Epic Store)
