ORIGINAL STORY (13 Dec / 11:59 AM): Samsung says that is has sold one million units of its Galaxy Fold smartphone globally since its re-release in October this year. The statement was made by Young Sohn, President of Samsung Electronics, at the TechCrunch Disrupt in Berlin, Germany. The sales numbers are a little surprising, especially when you consider that global sale estimates for the Galaxy Fold in the month of October were just half of the current sales figure....

Starting on the larger end, Samsung has announced a 43-inch M7 Smart Monitor. Like the existing 32-inch model, this comes in UHD resolution, with support for HDR10. The company did not detail what else it has. That being said, it’s probably safe to say that it has the same features as its smaller counterpart. It’s much the same story with the new size for the Samsung M5 Smart Monitor. Previously coming in at 27- and 32-inch models, the company has announced the addition of a 24-inch model....

Specifically, the Samsung Care+ plan coverage includes protection against accidental physical damages and liquid spills. For those who opted for the 2-year plan, it will also cater to mechanical and electrical breakdowns throughout the second year of the Care+ period. According to a tweet posted by Kevin Ng TK (@KevinNgTK), the two phones had apparently passed the local SIRIM certification process on 19 March 2019.
